Wild Rice pancakes with warmed up Sweet Revolution Caramel Spread drizzled over Strawberries and Bananas.
Green Apple, Fresh Figs, and Raspberry Pie
Preheat oven to 400F. After the placing the crust in a stainless skillet (my favorite is an 8" All-clad), then smear the bottom crust with 2 heaping T of warmed up Sweet Revolution Caramel Spread. Add the sliced fruit on top, grate 1/2 t of lemon zest. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Towards the end of the baking, make a small tent of aluminum foil to cover the fruit slightly so it doesn't brown. Make sure it doesn't cover it entirely. No other sweeteners are necessary.
